I know that it is possible to make some money by taking advantage of the new hype of social networking sites and social media marketing. The most commonly discussed today is probably Facebook. Did you know that there are over 300 million users registered on Facebook, out of which 50% daily log in to their account! Just picture the traffic, its a huge number!! If you could just get 0.1 percent of these people to visit your blog that like 30,000 people... the numbers just blow my mind!There are may ways to get to know new people by the same interests you have. some ways include:
- Start a focus group on a subject that is of interest to you on Facebook -Invite your friends and ask them to invite their friends and so on...
- Send out a message with a link to your blog to your friends and ask them to pass it on and make comments..
- Use the marketing pay per click ads on Facebook ( its this new thing I recently read about, if this is of interest I could dig out some info and write more on this subject)
- Tweet messages on Twitter that are currently the hot topics being discussed,t his will get people to your profile and then to your blog and further communication with you!
